Some guide a young person, some open a real concern, some share sources and some review young people’s work. Regular work with children also requires suitable educational competence and a safe working environment.
Master
Passes on the nature, methods, EDEB and field experience of the vocation, without measuring a young person’s work only by technical success.
Journeyman
Works alongside young people in day-to-day production, helping them understand tasks and sustain the work.
Yamak and Young Builder
Observes, asks questions, takes small responsibilities and learns the EDEB of a real team in an age-appropriate way.
Guidance Guild
Supports the educational competence and safe working practices of teachers, masters, journeymen and guides who work regularly with children and young people.
Why shared knowledge?
The same professional knowledge need not be rebuilt in isolation inside every institution.
Maintaining sources, concepts and experience together reduces repeated effort and prevents institutions from becoming entirely dependent on closed technology and information systems.
