WAQF · MEMORY · SERVICE
Meet an idea through its sources and its memory of service.
SEMANIYYA is an institutional ground that carries a body of scholarship, publishing, waqf, and service. It does not take the place of the source; it serves the human responsibility to understand, preserve, and carry it toward HAYR.

What is SEMANIYYA?
SEMANIYYA does not own the source; it is a human steward of scholarly, waqf, and service memory.
The Qur'an and authentic Sunnah give RUYAH its source direction. Institutions, books, translations, tafsir, and portal texts are human efforts to understand that direction and represent it in life. SEMANIYYA carries the institutional memory and service relations of these efforts; it does not take the place of revelation or truth.
Keeping the source distinct from human words that seek to understand it is also part of ADAB.
A distinction of place and authority
The source gives direction; human stewardship works to understand, preserve, and serve.
These two places are related, but they are never made equal.
Source authority
The Qur'an and authentic Sunnah guide our understanding of worship, amanah, responsibility, and the boundaries human beings must not overstep.

Amanah of waqf
Before waqf is an institutional name, it is a responsibility to protect an amanah and carry it toward HAYR.
Knowledge, labour, words, works, and service are not left without care. They are protected together with their rights, boundaries, and responsibility for maintenance. What is suitable is opened toward HAYR without turning people or sources into instruments.
